Ivan is sharing his experiences within the « social business » certificate at HEC Paris.
His course is named « exploring social businesses ».

He is also lecturing at AgroParistech, within the major « Gestion, Innovation et Performance des Entreprises du vivant »

AgroParisTech, Centrale, ESCP, Science Po and Supélec students participed at the "Trophée Innovation et Développement Durable 2011" organised by Capgemini Consulting (link : TIDD 2011).

Ivan runs companies trainings on social business.
He also runs specific introduction modules on social business within bluechip companies.

For who ?

Icthys propose you, two different approaches depending on your profile (company or employee). Click on your profile to discover the approach proposed.

We are convinced beyond the humanitarian interventions, charity is possibly less sustainable than entrepreneurship, which turn people self-sufficient and independent.

The companies have a role to play in poverty alleviation in the world, within a dynamic initiated by the millennium goals.

Icthys is mainly focused on the nutrition and hygiene issues… But mobility, access to energy and many others are fields which Icthys is interested in.

Conciliate personal and professional achievement doesn't always appear easy. Many are those who, despite their interest in their work are willing to give a meaning to their work. We offer to companies employees to remain at their current position but in a different way, seeking a solution to help the most vulnerable…

Social Business / Bop

Social business is a model seaking above all to make project leaders and their activities self-sustaining.

Companies involved in social business try to meet social objectives in an innovative way. They link profitability to sustainability: this is why the major part of the dividends are totally reinvested in the activity. These companies play a key role in poverty alleviation and development.

BoP strategies (base of the pyramid), mostly initiated by multinationals, target vulnerable populations of emerging countries which are considered a high potential market and constitute a huge economical and social opportunity.

New production, distribution, marketing and sales models are implemented by blue chip companies to access these markets.

The idea is about creating products for the local market, made with local raw materials as much as possible, employing local labs. This unables the empowerment of the local population.
